The chef-hatted Silvester’s Restaurant will be transformed into the most delectable of Christmas affairs by Raphael Szurek.
Expect artisan cheese and cured meats buffets, a live roast turkey carvery, interactive Christmas dessert station, chilled seafood, and more. Plus for dinner, expect special-spiced mulled wine, and a range of impeccably plated mains as well.
