Join us for an exquisite Christmas Lunch Buffet at the multi-award-winning, chef-hatted Silvester’s Restaurant.

The afternoon of 25th of December will see Silvester’s transformed into a culinary Christmas wonderland with a made-to-order crudo station, a roast turkey and Christmas ham carvery, a live lobster Caesar station, artisan cheeses and charcuterie, a salad bar, chilled seafood station, a dessert grazing table, and more.

A range of seasonal signature dishes including a lobster bisque, braised beef cheek pie, and white wine barramundi will also be available.

Plus Santa will be handing out gifts and treats to young children on the day.
