Join us for a delicious journey around Asia, hosted by Good Food’s Adam Liaw (winner of MasterChef Australia), at Silvester’s Restaurant.
You will be served a five-course menu designed by Michelin Star-experienced head chef Raphael Szurek. Raphael has worked in Japan, China, Vietnam and Thailand and his modern-Australian dishes will reflect those influences.
Adam and Raphael will take us through the food and culture of Asia; talk about their travels, recipe writing, and Australia’s multicultural food identity.
